Monthly SIT & BE FIT For You & a Friend $30 per person. This is when more than 1 person is in the Zoom Class.
This is a VIRTUAL class designed for those who want to start moving their bodies more but have difficulty standing for prolonged periods of time. Maybe you have been sedentary a long time, maybe you have underlying health concerns, maybe you struggle with balance, maybe this is a parent or loved one. The exercises will be focused around a chair where we will use the chair to sit and perform strengthening exercises using a band for both the upper and lower body, as well as standing leg exercises using the chair for added stability. This class will strengthen major muscle groups of the body and we will always finish with a stretch.
Equipment Needed: a chair and an exercise band
SOULBODY BARRE VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES

Using cutting-edge choreography set to motivating music, SoulBody Barre combines ballet inspired postures with disciplines like yoga, Pilates and strength training. … Besides the barre, the class utilizes dumbbells, resistance bands and inflatable Pilates balls to shape, tone and strengthen the body. This is a virtual fitness class.
Equipment Needed: chair, yoga mat, light weight dumbbells (1-5lbs is probably perfect), resistance band and a pilates ball.
LENGTHEN & STRENGTHEN VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASS
JANUARY SCHEDULE IS FREE
Sunday @ 9am
This is a 30 minute virtual group fitness class. It is based off of yoga postures and will involve warrior poses, balance training, core training and stretching. The class will be designed so that we start with standing postures and work our way down to postures lying on the mat.
Equipment Needed: space to place your mat, possibly a yoga strap and yoga block to make your postures more comfortable.
1:1 VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES
This class is designed to whatever the needs of the client/customer are. For whatever duration you choose you have my undivided attention and expertise!!
All we need to do is determine your physical goals, follow an exercise based plan, workout to fun music and build and track your progress!!

TRX TRAINING- COMING 2021
This is an in-person workout based out of the clinic with 1:1 and 1:2 options so you can work out independently with your trainer or bring a friend!!
TRX is a suspension training workout system that uses gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of different exercises. The suspension system along with specific exercises are designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at the same time and is a great addition to a proactive approach to living!!!
We offer educational Virtual Workshops online as well as Live Workshops in the clinic to help motivate our clients to take action and commit to their own well-being. These workshops will be offered by our team members and other local health professionals and are designed to educate, inspire and motivate you to be proactive with your health. WELLNESS GROUP WORKSHOPS
Proactive Fitness and Physio will be offering wellness group opportunities. This is a chance to be social with other people looking to live more hopeful and energetic lives. These workshops will offer recipes, workouts, accountability, and free access to virtual workouts with the wellness group host. We will provide guidance, awareness and a plan to encourage a more well-rounded lifestyle through healthier eating and movement. Members in the group will be able to gain insight on how to improve mobility and lead a more pain free lifestyle through our knowledge and shared experiences.
