Hi, I'm Shannon!

And I am the Owner and Operator of Proactive Fitness and Physio. The clinic was established the fall of 2020 when I relocated from the GTA back to my grassroots. I am also the on site physiotherapist, massage therapist and fitness instructor. I have a passion for helping people and decided that I wanted to offer the Chatham-Kent community a private setting where they would feel comfortable and looked after. The space allows for 1:1 interaction and my undivided attention the entire duration of their appointment which I think is something unique to the services I offer.
Shannon works with clients to design programs that enable them to achieve better overall health through injury recovery and prevention as well as diet and exercise. She feels energized by leading group exercise classes and encourages active participation at all levels and ages.
With over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, physiotherapist and group exercise instructor, Shannon has developed a strong desire to assist people in becoming the best version of themselves through fitness, health and education.
Shannon is a devoted mother of two and loves everything that has to do with health, food and wellness. She looks forward to sharing her passion, knowledge and experience to motivate and inspire others towards a healthier lifestyle.
